The Assembly is described in detail and senseful steps. Needed tools are included and of good quality. The material is precisely precut and fits very well.

Thanks Jungle Gym! ...

We ordered in June. The delivery was delayed, which is somehow understandable considering the Covid19 situation. Although they could have been more proactive regarding communication of the delay, the customer service team was really helpful. I do not recall her name but a very kind woman kept us up to date about the delivery process and the expected delay. My husband and I are not the best DIYers, so it was a fun and challenging exercise building the play set. It took a weekend for us to build it up but the kids are extremely happy now. The product looks really nice and gets even more use than expected. Overall, really happy with the product
